Next working day delivery if ordered before 4 pm (subject to stock availability)
Deliveries are charged at a flat-rate of £6.95 plus VAT or free when order value is above £150.00 ex VAT
Goods are delivered by national courier companies and will require a signature.

Returns
Goods can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 working days (not applicable to embellished goods). After this period all unembellished non-faulty goods can only be returned by arrangement and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns are given for non-faulty embellished products.
The customer is also liable for return postage charges on all goods (we advise a recorded delivery) and this can be arranged by ourselves if requested. If the reason for return is faulty goods then we will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred by you the customer after we have inspected the goods and we are in agreement with yourself over faulty condition of the product/s.
The refund minus 20% will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Returns
If you have received incorrect or faulty items from us please notify us by email and within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help out.
If you would like to return all or part of your order for any other reason please also notify us by email - and within 2 weeks of delivery - so that we can forward an RTA (return authorisation) for the goods. The RTA needs to be enclosed with the goods and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. We do not offer a free returns service. We recommend the use of a national courier signed for service.
Please note we do not offer exchange of goods.
