We have made every effort to describe as accurately as possible all the products for sale on our website. Please be aware that the colour swatches of the products on the website are for guide purposes only as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product. Pantone colour references are available upon request.
All sizes and measurements are taken from the product manufacturer's literature. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guides for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Cancellation Of Orders For Embellished Goods
All orders placed by a customer for embellished (printed or embroidered) goods may be cancelled or amended within 4 weeks of order placement and prior to the decoration process but we reserve the right to charge a fee of 30% of the total cost of the cancelled order (price as shown on accepted quotation and/or invoice). Cancellations or amendments to an order must be notified to us by the customer in writing. After a period of 4 weeks from order placement the customer is liable for full payment of their order and no refund or credit will be applied by ourselves.
At our discretion a fee may also be charged to cover costs incurred by time spent on artwork and template production.
If you have received incorrect or faulty items from us please notify us by email and within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help out.
If you would like to return all or part of your order for any other reason please also notify us by email and within 2 weeks of delivery so that we can forward an RTA (return authorisation) for the goods. The RTA needs to be enclosed with the goods and returned to us in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of delivery. We do not offer a free returns service. We recommend the use of a national courier signed for service.
Once we have received the goods back in to our warehouse we aim to process the refund back to the original payment method within 5 working days. Please allow a few additional days for this to show as a credit depending on the payment method.
No refunds are offered for non-faulty embellished (printed or embroidered) goods.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: the product ordered being unavailable from stock; our inability to obtain authorisation of payment; the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for goods being delayed or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises. Please check your order upon receipt and advise us immediately if there are any discrepancies with goods received and order placed. Unfortunately any discrepancies cannot be rectified unless we have been notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.
