Delivery
All Deliveries are charged at a flat-rate of £6.95
plus VAT.
Next working day delivery if ordered before 2
.pm. (Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday
to Friday will be delivered next working day – orders made over the weekend and
bank holidays will be delivered 2 working days later)
Goods are delivered by national courier companies
and will require a signature.

Cottonprint make every effort to
dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held responsible for goods
being delayed or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our
premises
Returns
Goods can
be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 working days (not applicable
to embellished goods). After this period all unembellished non-faulty goods can only be returned
by arrangement and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns are given for non-faulty
embellished products.
The customer is also liable for
return postage charges on all goods (we advise a recorded delivery) and this
can be arranged by ourselves if requested. If the reason for return is faulty goods then
we will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred by you the customer
after we have inspected the goods and we are in agreement with yourself over
faulty condition of the product/s.
The refund minus 20% will be
processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it
may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be
refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card
expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team
with your order number, postcode and new card details.
