Welcome to the Cottonprint.co.uk website terms, conditions and privacy policy.
Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this
website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding
personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any
queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email our customer
service team at sales@cottonprint.co.uk. We may change these terms from time to
time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders
received.
Payment Options
We
accept payment by BACS transfer, cheque (funds must be cleared into our account before processing your order), cash, card payments with Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron,
MasterCard, Solo and PayPal. After you have placed an order we will email you a confirmation that your order has been received by us and is being processed. We will also email you a notification of shipping when your order has been dispatched.
If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods you will be offered a choice of either an alternative or a refund to the original method of
payment.
Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by
the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for
any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at
the check-out stage.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your
information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of
the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to
check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At
all times where we disclose your information it will remain secure. If you
believe your details are incorrect you may correct those details by following
the procedure set out in our privacy policy.
Product Information
We
have made every effort to describe as accurately as possible all the products for sale on our website. Please be aware that the colour swatches of the products on the website are for guide purposes only as the actual colours you see
will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of
any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product. Pantone colour references are available upon request.
All sizes and measurements are taken from the product manufacturer's literature. Unless otherwise
stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guides for
clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details,
descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the
time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the
right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published,
including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between
the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the
stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have
ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as
soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Returns
All return requests must be notified by the customer to us in writing, either by letter or email.
All orders of unembellished goods will be refunded if a request is made by the customer within 7 days of delivery. No returns are given for non-faulty embellished products or for any garments after they have been embellished by the customer.
Non-faulty unembellished items return requests notified to us after 7 days of delivery to the customer will be subject to a 20% of order value re-stocking fee. Faulty unembellished goods can be returned for a full refund or exchange when we have been notified by the customer within 14 days of delivery. No returns requests are accepted when given after 14 days of delivery date,
The customer is liable for return postage charges on all goods - we advise a recorded delivery which can be arranged by ourselves if requested . If the reason for return is faulty goods then we will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred by the customer after we have inspected the goods and we are in agreement with the customer over faulty condition of the product/s.
The refund will be processed once your goods are
received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for
the refunds to show in your account.. You will be refunded on to the card that
the goods were purchased, or via Paypal, cheque or BACS transfer. If your card expires before we process your
refund please contact our customer services team with your order number,
postcode and new card details.

Statutory Rights
Your
UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Purchase of Products
When
you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Once
you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to
make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct
before clicking the confirm button. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: the product
ordered being unavailable from stock; our inability to obtain authorisation of
payment; the identification of an error within the product information,
including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we
shall contact you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you
at any time.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with
your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Delivery
We
make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We cannot be held
responsible for goods being delayed or any subsequent losses incurred once
they have left our premises.
General
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed Cottonprint Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying
or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal,
non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Cottonprint Ltd. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, and save as otherwise
specified by us, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the
accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death
or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have
exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute. If any terms shall be
unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be
deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the
remaining provision.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
When a purchase is made on our website we will ask for delivery address and payment method details.
In addition we ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address.
WHAT WILL THE DATA BE USED FOR?
We may send you from time to time (by email or post) information about products and services and details of promotions and special offers from Cottonprint. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes we offer a range of ways in which you can inform us about your marketing preferences:
